The Full Engagement Experience is thriving an entertainment and educational music business that shares a message of positivity, passion, and education, and thousands children and adults every single year. The owner Rodney Page is one of the most talented individuals we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. By his colleagues, he is respected as a music tutor and educator of unparalleled skill and ability. He regularly works with students of all skill levels; from young children all the way up to experienced musical professionals. As a performer and entertainer, his clients and their guest see him as a man who exemplifies professionalism, vitality and spell binding engagement as he spreads joy and connection through the power of music.
Our approach
When we first met with Rodney of the Full Engagement Experience he was relying primarily on Facebook for his online outreach and communication with his current and would-be clients. While this platform had served him well in the earlier days of his business; we was beginning to feel its limitations in drawing a unified and coherent picture of who he was as a professional music educator and entertainer. Our first step was interviewing over 20 of Rodney’s recent and most ideal clients through our proprietary research methods to discover how his customers truly saw him and what they found most alluring about his services. Once we had uncovered a unified branding truth that new customers could instantly relate to, our team created a compelling marketing platform that encompassed visual branding, print, web design, video, and photography.
Uncovering brand truth
Our first step was conducting one on one phone interviews with a number of Rodney’s recent and most ideal customers. The research sample included young and old, client and colleague, associations through both education and entertainment. Through our proprietary research methods, we uncovered Rodney’s unique branding truth. Or in other words; how the research participants truly saw him, and what they found most alluring about his personality and services.
